Payments

All services are provided according to agreed project scope and pricing.

Client Responsibilities

• Providing accurate information and product details.
• Providing necessary marketplace access permissions.
• Reviewing and approving deliverables within a reasonable time.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of final approved deliverables created specifically for the client shall be transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee specific sales figures, rankings, account performance, or business outcomes.

Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of client information.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service offering.

Limitation of Liability

Lequas Solution Private Limited shall not be liable for indirect or consequential business losses.
