Service Nature

Lequas Solution Pvt. Ltd. provides service-based solutions including Amazon Account Management, Flipkart Account Management, Product Listing Optimization, Product Photography, Product Video Production, A+ Content Design, Brand Launch Support, Performance Marketing Services, and Marketplace Consultation Services.

Advance Payments

Advance payments may be required and are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

Project Cancellation by Client

Before Work Begins

A partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative and consultation charges.

After Work Begins

No refund shall be applicable for work already performed.

Monthly Service Plans

• Prior written notice required before the next billing cycle.
• Current billing cycle payments are non-refundable.

Product Photography & Video Services

Payments made for booked shoots, editing, or production work are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Performance Marketing Services

Advertising budgets paid to Amazon Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, or similar platforms are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds shall be processed within 7–15 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

• Change of business plans by the client.
• Delay in client approvals or information submission.
• Marketplace policy changes.
• Unsatisfactory business results not caused by service deficiencies.
• Completed or partially completed service deliverables.
• Failure of third-party platforms or services.

Company Rights

Lequas Solution Private Limited reserves the right to refuse refund requests that do not comply with this policy.
